Shock Transmission Units

MAURER shock transmission units are hydraulic devices which block at rapid movements from earthquake or brake application and such hold the structure tight, while at slow movements they would allow for displacements without remarkable resistance. MAURER load limiters are devices where the reaction force upwards is limited due to speed depending control of the oil flow.
That is why structural damages from unscheduled high speed of displacement can be avoided.
