Hands-on Training & Dissertations

We offer hands-on training, i.e. dissertations in the fields of development, construction, supply administration or production for interested, broad-minded and creative students.

During that period you will be working e.g. within the development department on concrete projects:

• Automatisation in the amusement rides division
• Process analysis in order flow
• Corporate supply management

The hands-on training will usually take place in the areas of development and construction as well as supply management and production. You will be integrated into a special department accordingly. In order to gain insight in the operation methods of such a department, you will be able to do independent project work on diverse subjects. This will be in accordance with your capabilities and thus broaden your horizon in your specific expertise.

What are the requirements for getting a position in the hands-on training/dissertation program?

First of all it is important that your field of study corresponds to the vocational openings at MAURER SÖHNE. We are predominantly oriented towards mechanical engineering and structural steelwork.
